YP FOUNDATION

THE YP FOUNDATION IS HIRING!

WE ARE HIRING!

We are an eclectic and committed group of young people (18 – 30 years) who collectively lead and run The YP Foundation (TYPF), a youth-led and -run organization that supports and enables young people to create programmes and influence policies in the areas of gender & sexuality, governance, health, education, the arts & digital media. The organization promotes, protects and advances young people’s human rights by building leadership, and strengthening youth led initiatives and movements. Founded in 2002, we have worked over the last 10 years directly with 6,500 young people to set up over 250 projects, reaching out to 350,000 young people, across 18 states in India.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are at a crucial juncture as we move into our second multi-year Strategic Plan and are specifically looking for experienced young professionals and practitioners who can commit to lead, implement and build on this long-term vision. Our staff is a team of 16 young people (largely between 18 – 28 years) who work both part-time and full time, with an active volunteer base of over 100 young people each year.
